Restaurant & Bar - Les Sirandanes
Ideally situated at the edge of the beach, Les Sirandanes
Restaurant offers a beautiful unique view over the lagoon and the
stunning Mauritian sunsets. The restaurant, under the direction of a
talented local chef, proposes a gastronomic culinary experience with a
Mauritian twist in which you will be able to discover delicacies
from the Indian Ocean and the island of Mauritius. The restaurant
provides an intimate dining experience, ideal for an indulgent gourmet
dinner or a simple seafood grill.
Breakfast is available in the restaurant between 7h30 and
10h00 daily.
Between 12 noon and 15h00 daily, a light 'à la carte' menu is
available. On offer is a large variety of light snacks, delicious
salads and local Creole specialties.
Each evening between 19h00 and 22h00, the restaurant offers a full
menu with an exquisite selection of fresh fish, seafood and meat
specialties. In addition our Chef has his local specialties of the day
on offer for your dining pleasure.
To accompany your meal, our exceptional wine selection includes both
International and South African vintages.
The bar offers a wide selection of local and international malts and
spirits as well as a variety of cocktails, served between 9h30 and
23h45 daily.
A selection of canapés inspired by local flavours is also presented
to accompany your favorite sun downer.
