In the immediate vicinity, visit our Queen Distillery where molasses obtained from the sugar mill are distilled in our 1758’s Alambic to produce rum. Go for a drive on board our train Lady Alice or for a ride in our carriages driven by horses to visit the Domaine.

Should you be more adventurous, then going to the mountains in our Land Rovers would be most enjoyable. Horseback riding is also accessible upon advance booking. After a visit of the spice garden, the Alambic of essential oils, the handicraft huts, it is high time for you to discover all the multicultural aspects of the Mauritian gastronomy in any of our four restaurants (Chinese, Indian, French, Mauritian & Italian cuisine).
