Our supplier is a company of 100% Mauritian shareholding registered in June 2003 and which is operating mainly in the Tourism Industry on the west coast of the Island – Rivière Noire.
The recreational activities proposed are:
Dolphins encounter and swim with the dolphins
Dolphins encounter, swim with the dolphins and Picnic on Ile aux Bénitiers
Dolphins and Whales encounter
Whales encounter
Above all, the main concern of the supplier will be to gear its efforts towards providing professional services and hence ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Their company is based upon the expertise of its chief skipper who has an extensive experience in this field, guarantees safety of our clients through appropriate life and safety equipments, proper insurance coverage of both boats and clients and most of all, fully equipped boats for these particular outings.

Work in collaboration with the MMCS for study of dolphins on the west coast and on sustainable dolphin watch. The chief skipper, Alain, was invited for the “Atelier des Cétacés” held in Madagascar from the 1st to the 4th of July 2007 and organized by the COI.
The other guests were the MMCS, Tourism Authority among others from Mauritius. Alain was also awarded a certificate for his active participation in the Marine Environment.

(i) Swim with the Dolphins - 2hrs
A unique experience: swimming with the dolphins in their natural environment
Once you get on board of any of the boats, the skippers will brief you on the experience you are going to live.
The briefing will also include such aspects as:
Type of Dolphins that you will encounter
Their habits
Guidelines for sustainable Dolphin watching
Security measures on the boats
Swimming procedures
Then you will be off to two wonderful hours in the open sea
Note: The supplier guarantees at 90% that you will see the Dolphins and if this is not the case, there will be no cash refund and instead a 2nd outing will be offered free of charge.
(ii) Swim with the Dolphins + Lunch on L’ile aux Benitiers - From 08.00 to 14.30
After the 2hrs outing with the dolphins, we will heading to L’Ile aux Benitiers for lunch and stay up to the afternoon in a magnificent lagoon.
You will go across the Crystal Rock and have a magnificent view on le Morne mountain.
Our team will start preparing lunch as soon as you will be on the island and within an hour you will be served a delicious menu prepared by Nathalie.
After lunch you will have the leisure to tan on the beach or else walk around the endless beach of the island.

Grillades: Sea food brochettes - Fish - Chicken - Sausages - Garlic Bread
Salads: Green salads
Dessert: Flamed Banana
Drinks: Soft drinks - Mineral Water - Juice - Wine - Rhum - Beer.
(iii) Swim with the Dolphins & Whales Watching
After swimming with the dolphins in their natural environment you will start your journey to find the magnificent mammals that are the Whales.
Whales watching is a different and more difficult outing as we will have to go further out to sea and will depend a lot on weather and sea conditions. If the sea is rough, no outing will be organised as it will be more difficult to see the whales.
Note: The supplier guarantees at 60% that you will see the Whales and if this is not the case, there will be no cash refund as the costs for such outing are too high in terms of fuel consumption. Thank you for your understanding.
IMPORTANT
Outings are not recommended to pregnant women.
All reservations should be made at least 24hrs prior to outing.
Any cancellation, by the client, should be made at least 12hrs before outing or else, 50% tariff will be charged.
The supplier reserves the right to cancel any reservation if bad weather prevails whereby security of clients would be at stake.
The supplier guarantees a 90% probability to encounter the dolphins and 60% for the whales.
Snorkeling equipments are provided on the boat.
Sandwiches and soft Drinks are offered on Dolphins and Whales Encounter outing only.
Whales Encounter is not recommended to children under 7 years old.
All children under 12 years old should be accompanied by an adult.
The supplier has a proper and valid insurance cover as prescribed by the Tourism Authority for all clients on their boats
It is very important to listen and respect the directives given by the skippers all the time that you are on board.
