The Tamamsa Catamaran is based in Grand Bay, on the north west of the island.
Jean François and his team will be awaiting for you at the Sunset Boulevard where the apppointment is 08hr30. From there, you will sail towards Gabriel Islet, some 8 nautical miles away (1 hour). On the way there, you will pass the “Coin de Mire” a superb rocky island rising from the sea. A haven for rare birds.
Gabriel Islet has a rich historical past traces, which are still to be found amongst the trees: remnants of huts a well pan abandoned light house… You will also be able to discover one of the richest lagoons of the island… at your leisure and complete peace. Lunch will be served either on the island or on board in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
This full day excursion includes transport from and to the hotel, BBQ Lunch, unlimited drinks and entertainment on board (Chicken, sausages, fish, garlic bread, rice salad, green salad; rum, soft drinks, wine, mineral water, cocktails and beer; dessert will be either flame banana or pineapple).
You are sure to have your head bubbling with images of a superb day.
You will reach the main land around 16H30 where your vehicle will be awaiting to take you back to your hotel.
