This cosy Apartment is situated in Pereybere on the North West coast of Mauritius, 200 meters off the coastal Road. The said Apartment is found on a residential complex.
The residence offers a very nice place to live in with a well maintained garden.

The apartment has recently been renovated and offers comfort of a sweet secure house to couples and families. The apartment is approximately 800 meters from the beautiful beach of Pereybere and a few minutes from Merville Hotel and approximately 5 minutes drive to Grand Bay Resort Town.
In Grand Bay you will find shops, supermarkets, banks, nightclubs, doctors, restaurants, hair dresser, bars, hotels... Pereybere is approximately 45 minutes drive away from Port Louis, the Capital.

Accommodation and Facilities - Ground Floor
Comfortable verandah with a BBQ
Living and dining room well furnished with a TV, radio cassette.
American kitchen fully equipped (refrigerator, microwave, toaster, oven, crockery, cutlery, kettle, glassware, pots).

First Floor
One bedroom with double bed. Electronic safe, bedside lamps, wardrobe, electronic clock and mirror.

All 3 bedrooms are equipped with orthopedic mattress, mattress cover, pillows, linen and remote control for air-conditioning. A maid is available only thrice a week and possibility to hire her services for extra days, washing and ironing.

One modern bathroom with WC on first floor equipped with gas water heater.

The residence with 24 hours security owns a big common swimming pool, a tennis court and parking area as well. We request to our clients to honour the rules of the complex for the wellbeing of each and everyone.

Please be informed that a security deposit will be claimed upon arrival after the apartment handing over is done and the same will be refunded at check out. The occupants are requested to make sure that the apartment is clean upon departure.
