Charming Luxurious Residence of Mauritian architecture, perfectly located at the extreme north of Mauritius where only a small coastal road separates the Residence from the beach. You will have the privilege of an immediate access to this beautiful beach.
Cape Garden Residence is designed with a casual holiday area and three types of accommodation nestled in a tropical garden situated at halfway between the village of Cap Malheureux and the busy Grand Bay with its numerous boutiques and restaurants.
The "Cape Garden Residence" aims at creating the real Mauritian atmosphere with the charm of its buildings, its luxurious accommodation, its shady verandas and its colorful tropical garden.
The swimming pool of 333m², conceived as two basins in organic forms linked up by a stream crossing a wooden bridge thus creating an oasis in the heart of the project.
The terrace of swimming pool ends, on three kiosks for the customers' use.
Accommodation
- 34 Studios of 20m² - accommodating max 2 persons
Separated or appended to the Penthouse or to the Duplex apartment (with independent access) consisting of a kitchenette, a retractable table for meals and a wardrobe. The Studio is supplemented by an en-suite shower room.
- 34 Duplex of 143m² - accommodating up to 6 persons
The ground floor of the duplex apartment benefits from a closed and covered space consisting of an outside sink, tidying up in low level and space for the drying of the linen. The entrance on the parking side allows an easy access to the kitchen which can be separated or opened on the dining and living room and opens on the veranda orientated on a private garden. A bedroom and a bathroom supplement the available areas in ground floor.
The first floor is composed of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub. Both rooms have access to an open balcony.
- 34 Penthouse of 80m² - accommodating up to 4 persons
Occupying the whole area of the second floor, the Penthouse is composed of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub as well a separate kitchen. The concept of life in the penthouse articulates around its veranda which consists of a dining area and an open space living area dominating the garden. This space is equipped with aluminum movable shutters in its three broad openings allowing its complete or partial closing at night or in the case of bad weather.
A second more opened alternative allows benefiting from a family space uniting the kitchen and the living room, a bedroom and living room and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a second bathroom.
