This new and
charming bungalow is situated in the well established residential area of
Pointe d'Esny. The garden ends on the beautiful white sandy beach and
from the house; you have a stunning view of the wonderful turquoise lagoon
bordered by reef.
The house is surrounded by tropical garden, a haven of peace
and tranquillity. The soft murmur of the wind blowing in the casuarina
trees, the sweet humming of the birds and the distant sound of the waves
breaking on the reef will make you feel completely relaxed. There are
interesting corals, full of colourful fish and other marine life in front of
bungalow, a pleasure for snorkelling lovers. The moon rise and sunrise in this
part of the island is stunning when the sky is clear. You will also enjoy
walking on the beautiful 2km beach which extends from Pointe d'Esny to Blue bay.
The
owners of this property live on the ground floor of the bungalow and have two
studios, not air-conditioned, available for rent (80m2) on the first floor. Both studios have
magnificent views of the turquoise lagoon and are very comfortable.

House Rules
The
owners of this property are nature-lovers and enjoy peace and
tranquillity. For this reason, our studios are best suited for couples
looking for a quiet, relaxing and stress-free holiday. To maintain this
atmosphere and to keep all guests satisfied, we have defined a few house rules
below:
- The studios are for the guest's
use only. No visitors are allowed on the property (unless a prior
arrangement is made with the owners).
- Any music you wish to play is
for your own enjoyment and should not be a source of disturbance to the
other guests.
- No loud talking or noise-making
after 21hr30
- Kiosk reserved for owners on
the week-ends for their own private use
- BBQ to be cleaned by guests
after usage
Conditions and payment
Note:
Required minimum stay is 1 week (particularly in the high season)
- For any booking made 1 week
prior to arrival, a 30% deposit will be required at reservation. For
any late bookings (less than a week), the full amount of the stay shall be
paid upon arrival
- Any additional costs is payable
at the end of the stay (e.g. laundry, cooking)
Cancellation fees will be
charged as follows
As from 1
week prior to arrival date - 75% of the stay is payable (includes
the 30% deposit)
3 weeks
before - 50% of stay is payable (including 30% deposit)
